A real estate agent’s headshot doesn’t stay on one web page. It runs on the MLS, the yard sign, the firm directory, the website, sometimes a dozen third-party listing sites that pull the same photo automatically. It’s probably the most-used photograph in the business, and it’s worth getting right.
I shoot those headshots at the Stonetree Creative Studio in Bethel, or on-site at your office. Same room, same light, every session, so a firm’s whole roster reads as one team instead of a set of photos ten different agents collected on their own over the years.

Booking an Individual Session
A headshot session runs $900 plus tax, thirty to sixty minutes depending on what you need, up to three outfit changes, and a same-day reveal with three final retouched images in color and black and white.
Bring on a new agent next spring and their headshot will still match everyone else’s.
Team days
Firm-Wide Team Days
The same corporate and team headshot process covers a real estate office too. I don’t run a flat per-agent rate. Group size, time, and location all change the number, and I build a quote around your actual roster instead of a generic tier.
